WhenToManage is now mobile for hourly employees! We now have a mobile website for hourly employees to view their schedules, trade shifts, and enter new Availability and Time Off requests.
This new site will work from most mobile devices and makes it easier for hourly employees to manage their work schedules from anyplace at anytime.
To access the mobile app, users open a browser on their phone or tablet and enter the following URL into the address:
That link takes you to the WhenToManage mobile sign-on page where you can enter your user credentials. Once logged in you will be able to see:
